TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL GUIDELINES

I will draw:

♡ Fantasy, RPG, Anime
♡ Original characters
♡ Characters of all ages, genders, body types, etc.
♡ NSFW (must provide proof of age)

I will not draw:

• Extreme gore and violence
• Suggestive themes / hate messages of any form

The artwork will take anywhere from 2-7 days per process to complete depending on complexity and revisions. Please let me know in advance if you have a deadline.

I may post the finished artwork to social media to promote myself and my art. If you would like to keep the finished piece private, I will charge an additional $20 for confidentiality.

If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

I will provide 2 copies of each artwork: watermarked with my signature and unwatermarked. Please credit me and use the watermarked artwork when using, sharing or re-uploading publicly.

I reserve the right to decline any commission.

PROCESS

Step 1 (deposit)

I will confirm the details of your commission request and a PayPal invoice will be sent to the email provided. A minimum 50% payment is required before I begin sketching.

Step 2 (sketch preview)

I will send you a rough sketch of the character(s), pose, general composition, and outline of all elements for your approval. You can change as much as you'd like during this step.

Step 3 (lineart)

I will send you a clean lineart version with any changes discussed previously for second approval. Any small changes can still be made at this stage.

Step 4 (final)

After full payment is confirmed, I will send you the final hi-resolution PNG file. Any changes after this step will incur an additional revision fee ($10 per change).

PAYMENT

▪ International: PayPal invoice ONLY
▪ Local (TH): Bank transfer, True Wallet

▪I will issue a full invoice through PayPal for you. The full amount or a minimum of 50% of the total commission fee must be paid before the sketching phase. The remainder must be paid before the delivery of the final hi-resolution PNG file.

▪ Under the circumstance the commission is canceled, I will charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the total commission price. This is to make sure what work and time I have put into the commission is compensated for.

COPYRIGHT

As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork — not the commissioner. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself anywhere and include it into my portfolio.

The commissioner is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. They retain the right of their character(s) but not the artwork itself. They may use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
